JSilva Development wasn’t born in a boardroom. It started with a young man who wanted to change his family’s life — and an industry veteran who saw the potential to make it happen.
At 23 years old, Jonathan Silva became a licensed general contractor in the State of Florida. Not because the path was easy — but because someone believed in him enough to point him toward it. That person was Carlos Susano, a family friend and construction professional with over two decades of experience, who encouraged Jonathan to pursue his license and build something real.

Years later, what started as mentorship became a partnership. Jonathan and Carlos joined forces to create JSilva Development — combining Jonathan’s hunger and fresh approach with Carlos’s deep trade knowledge and relationships built over 20+ years in the field.
